Using this band has changed the game for me big time, and the good thing is that its adjustable! I'm 135lbs, and I can easily make it tight enough to fit and there's still tons of adjustment room. These would be great for women of near any size! I can say I wish I had one with my first pregnancy.

The belt is quite comfortable and I wrap it around my hips so it helps a lot with the sacroiliac pain!!!! Wish I had used this way earlier in pregnancy but at least the last few months will be more comfortable!
