You can cancel an order while it still has the Paid status. Below are step-by-step instructions on how to do this. However, if more than 2 hours have passed since payment, cancellation is no longer possible.
On the website:
- Go to My orders.
- Select the order from the list.
- Select Cancel order.
- Select the cancellation reason, then click Confirm.
On Android:
- Go to Profile by tapping the icon in the bottom right corner.
- Select My orders.
- Select the order from the list.
- Select Cancel order.
- Select the cancellation reason, then tap Confirm.
On iOS:
- Go to Profile by tapping the icon in the bottom right corner.
- Select My orders.
- Select the order from the list.
- Select Cancel order, then tap Yes.
The amount you paid will be refunded once the order is canceled. The money should be returned to your account within the next 7-14 days.
