they arrives quick and were already assembled, seems very sturdy and comfortable, I hope they last more then one year at my rental, as the ones I had before broke after a year.

I love this furniture. The directions have pictures and words, making assembly easier. There were some tight spaces to fit my hand into, especially installing the nuts, but all in all it went well. Doing it on my own took about 2 hours.
