I applied it without any other makeup, just to see if it was worth all the hype, and OMG! Best and easiest liner experience ever! 10/10 Do not run away, RUN! Buy it!

This is a great product for a beginner trying to apply winged liner. I love makeup but have had problems with winged liner. This product is SO easy to use and has everything you need. I am older so I needed something that was not too overbearing and this product is perfect. Highly recommended!
