The machine alone offers a wide variety of exercises to work with various muscle groups, allowing you to have a wide variety of exercises in your routine (even the same equipment includes a poster with lots of exercises that you can do with the equipment). Also, for an oversight of installation I spoiled a part and contacted the supplier who not only offered to replace the broken part, but also offered me help by providing me with a technician to help me with the installation. I definitely recommend this product.
