By means of precise angles of 45º and 90º you can make perfect cuts and different ends of the parts 100% coupled. In this sense, the miter box or mitter box is used as a cutting guide for the saw, thus obtaining angular joints in strip, bars, small boards and other pieces of wood, plastic and metal.
