I've been using this product on/off for years and whenever I use it on a daily basis I see plenty of benefits. I have a fast metabolism and it helps regulate my weight, energy and gym endurance. The product itself doesn't taste like anything. When you add it a protein shake or yogurt it thickens it which I personally like a lot. I don't like adding it to water because it adds a sandy texture but I'll do that if I forget to add to my meal one day
