This arrived in a vacuum packed package and I had to put it together myself. It's just a piece of thick egg that you slip into the case like a pillow. That was mildly difficult because it should fit tightly, but I found folding it in half, sticking it in there, then letting it unfold inside the case worked well. It seems of decent quality, but it doesn't hold the shape of your hand or anything.
