Bought two bottles of this before I start a cycle. Been taking half the dose (4 capsules) a day for about 2 weeks leading up and all I can say is wow. At only half the dose I’m noticing my skin clearing up and my joints being a lot less sore. I will be going to a full dose when my cycle begins but I wanted to get my body ready and see how the product does. This is the only supplement I’ve added so I do attribute the skin clearing and less ache in my joints to it.
