Fit's my face really well and doesn't move around. I use the insert for running in the winter along with a cloth mask to keep the cold air off my face. The cloth mask gets wet, so I swap it out in the middle of the run but keep using the original insert. I've had these inserts for a while and they don't seem to distort over time, even when jammed into my pocket.

I ordered these mask guards because I had freshly gotten a vertical labret lip piercing, so I couldn’t comfortably wear my mask to work. These totally helped, I could wear my mask without it touching my nose or lips.
