They're good quality, as expected, with glass lens plates in the DA series. Note that if you are nearsighted, your eyesight as well as the correction already present in your glasses affect the working specifications of the visor, even more so if you wear bifocals or progressives. This means that the focal length advertised for the Donegan visors will not be your working distance. I cannot speak to correction for farsightedness.

I have one of these that I bought back in the mid-'80s, and they still work great. Still no scratches on the REAL Glass lenses. But I like to have a pair in my house and a pair in my shop, so I bought a new one recently. And they are just as nice as the old ones.
