I bought it for the purpose of removing silicon from an aquarium. It worked liked a charm. The blade is really sharp which was able to remove all the silicon without any residue. The build qualify is great as well, feels sturdy but light weight. The blade also seems to be real steel as it doesn’t seem to bend easily.

The knife is great for crafts that are too much for the smaller blade to handle. This has cut through thin plastic, leather and my finger, so be careful. Due to the blade being longer, it does tend to flex in some situations. Also, the coated blade is a gimmick. It wore out just about as fast as the regular blades I bought to go along with it.
